Pre-ordered items typically ship with 24 hours of the "availability" date show on the product page. However, in some isolated cases, the item will ship within 2-5 days. The availability information is bases on information provided to us by various manufacturers and suppliers

**Rush Delivery is only valid for street address, not PO Boxes or APO addresses.
All order over $200 will require a signature for delivery
SHIPPING
We ship to the 50 states, military addresses (AA, AE, AP) and the following US Territories: Guam, Puerto Rico, Palau, and the US Virgin Islands.
At this time we cannot ship to other locations not listed above. We suggest people that do not live in the above locations send their orders to a friend or family member with an address in the 50 states.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
DELIVERY DELAYS
We always attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delays beyond our control sometimes occur. If an item you ordered becomes backordered or is expected to be delayed we will email you with an update, please contact Customer Service for any questions.
Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
